Ceci est un rappel que selon l’Article 13 du Règlement 2012-226 portant sur la salubrité, environnement, nuisances et sécurité :
« Il est interdit à toute personne, à l’exception des officiers municipaux, de jeter, déposer, lancer ou de permettre que soit jeté, déposé ou lancé de la neige, de la glace ou tout objet quelconque sur un terrain privé ou sur la voie publique ou dans un endroit public, y compris les terrains appartenant à la municipalité, sans avoir préalablement obtenu la permission du propriétaire de l’endroit. »
Si nous avons des motifs raisonnables de croire qu’une personne a commis une infraction au présent règlement, la Sureté du Québec sera avisée qui, selon l’Article 29 du même règlement :
« les agents de la paix de la Sûreté du Québec et toute personne désignée par règlement de la municipalité, sont autorisés à délivrer des constats d’infraction et entreprendre les procédures pénales appropriées, pour et au nom de la municipalité, pour une infraction au présent règlement. »

This is a reminder that according to Article 13 of By-law 2012-226 relating to sanitary, environment, nuisances and safety : It is prohibited for any person, with the exception of municipal officers, to move, deposit, dispose or allow the moving, depositing or disposing of snow, ice or any object whatsoever on private land or on the pubic road or in a public place, including land belonging to the municipality, without having previously obtained the permission of the owner of the place.
If we have reasons to believe that a person has violated this By-law, the Sureté du Québec will be notified which, according to Article 29 of the same By-law : the peace officers of the Sûreté du Québec and any person designated by by-law of the municipality, are authorized to issue statements of offense and undertake the appropriate criminal proceedings, for and on behalf of the municipality, for a violation of this by-law.
