QUE :-
LE CONSEIL MUNICIPAL A ADOPTÉ EN DATE DU 3 AOÛT 2016 LE RÈGLEMENT 2016-234 RÈGLEMENT DÉTERMINANT LE RAYON DE PROTECTION ENTRE LES SOURCES D’EAU POTABLE ET LES OPÉRATIONS VISANT L’EXPLORATION ET L’EXPLOITATION D’HYDROCARBURES DANS LE TERRITOIRE DE LA MUNICIPALITÉ.
Ce règlement vise l’interdiction de certains travaux dans un rayon de protection des sources d’eau potable.
Ce règlement est adopté par la municipalité.
Par contre, il entrera en vigueur à la suite de son approbation par le ministre du Développement durable, de l’Environnement et de la Lutte aux changements climatiques et de la publication de cette approbation dans la Gazette officielle du Québec, comme le prévoient les dispositions de l’article 124 de la Loi sur la qualité de l’environnement.

THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL ADOPTED BY-LAW 2016-234 ON AUGUST 3rd
2016.
BY-LAW DETERMINING THE RADIUS OF PROTECTION BETWEEN THE DRINKING WATER SOURCES AND OPERATIONS AIMING AT THE EXPLORATION AND EXPLOITATION OF HYDROCARBONS IN THE TERRITORY OF THE MUNICIPALITY
This by-law aims the ban of certain works in the radius of protection of the drinking water sources.
This by-law is adopted by the municipality.
It shall enter into force after its approval by the « Ministre du Dévelopwww.fortcoulonge.qc.canvironment et de la Lutte aux changements climatiques » and the publication of it’s approval in the Gazette officielle du Québec , as provided by the Article 124 of « la Loi sur la qualité de l’environnement ».
